Dr. Lloyd M. Shaw joined the practice after graduating from the University of Illinois in 1969 and has been part owner of the practice since 1974.
Dr. Charles Carmichael graduated from the University of Illinois in 1974. He served a one year internship and a two year residency at The Animal Center in New York City. He became board certified in internal medicine from the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicince in 1981. Dr. Carmichael has been with the practice since 1979 and part owner since 1989.
Dr. Deborah Grude, a native of Marengo, IL, joined the staff of the Woodstock Veterinary Clinic in 1996. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. Since graduation, Dr. Grude has worked as a veterinarian in private practice and relief work.
Dr. Patti Klein Manke joined the Woodstock Veterinary Clinic in October 2003. Dr. Klein is from Madison, WI. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After working near Chicago for six months, Dr. Klein moved to Woodstock and was a partner at Hartland Veterinary Clinic for 16 years.
Mary Kay Dobbeck, PT, CCRP, is our Physical Therapist at the Woodstock Veterinary Clinic. Mary Kay graduated from Northwestern University Medical School, is licensed in the state of Illinois and has 24 years of experience in orthopedic, neurologic and pediatric human physical therapy, along with completing rigorous post-graduate studies, training and certification in animal rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She has trained and exhibited her dogs in conformation and agility.
